My most successful computer art project

I think my most successful project was the project "Frame Yourself". It was a Photoshop picture project where we created a photo with us interacting with a cartoon character. I think it was one my favorite types of projects because we got to be creative and we had about a week to do it, which gave me a lot of time to add minor details and finalize my photo. I think this work is successful because I was able to shade all the Pokemon in it and I was playing with all the tool, trying to figure out how to use them. I will definitely use the techniques I used for this project in my future projects. I would like to do more projects where it requires you to draw and animate pictures as well as projects where you make pictures. I'd like to do less of projects where we change the persons appearance and or physique.

Hamtaro Humans

For The Barbie Project I decided to model some celebrities to look like a character from the old cartoon called Hamtaro. I turned their hair into ears ears and changed their hair color to match the character they were posing as. This project required a lot of layers, for me. I had the constant fear of messing it up after my first attempt at this project automatically saved over a blank file. I'm pretty content with how this came out, since I had to edit colors and make minor touches to small things because I wanted them to look more like the caracter they were portraying.

Meow~!

I sculpted a cartoon style cat on the 123D sculpt app. As far as the app use was concerned it was fairly decent. I found it difficult to use some of the tools. After trying to pull or push a piece more than a couple times It started to look weird and sometimes glitched through another part of the clay. To try and subdue that effect, I had tried the smooth tool, but didn't have much luck. It only returned the jagged mess to its original state. We could definitely use this app for future projects such as if we were trying to recreate figures. it will help us understand the form it is in and how to use different tools to create what we want. All in all, I really had a ton of fun using this app, not only because I love working with clay materials, but also because I got to learn how to use a new app that may be useful in the future.
